Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Training & development Office Care Coordinator — Part-Time Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is seeking a smart, dependable, and highly organized Office Care Coordinator to support daily office operations for our home care agency. This is a part-time, office-based position for someone who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 10:00 AM-3:00 PM 20 hours per week
Location:
Rock Hill, SC Primary Responsibilities:
Answer office calls and communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, applicants, and staff Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage Monitor daily clock-ins, clock-outs, missed visits, and timekeeping concerns Help organize employee and client folders Collect and review hiring paperwork Assist with onboarding and applicant follow-up Update agency systems, spreadsheets, and tracking logs Support recruiting, job postings, and office workflow Communicate concerns promptly to the
Administrator Requirements:
Prior experience in home health, home care, or healthcare office setting required Office management or administrative experience required Must be smart, organized, dependable, and a quick learner Must know Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems Must have strong phone, communication, and follow-up skills Must be able to multitask and work independently Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Experience with scheduling, caregiver coordination, Medicaid, EVV, or home care systems is a plus
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is professional, sharp, organized, and able to take initiative. This person must be comfortable learning systems quickly, managing details, following up on tasks, and helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.
