About All Tennessee Caregivers Founded in 2009 and proudly family-owned, All Tennessee Caregivers delivers personalized, compassionate in-home care to individuals navigating aging, illness, disability, and recovery across Tennessee. Our services include daily living assistance, personal hygiene, companionship, meal preparation, and more. Role Overview The Care Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of our Memphis office. You'll sit at the intersection of client relations, caregiver scheduling, and administrative execution. This is a part-time, in-person position with a path to full-time as you build proficiency. The ideal candidate brings some experience in caregiving or healthcare administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is equally at ease speaking compassionately with a client family as they are resolving a last-minute scheduling gap. We are looking for someone who leads with compassion, pays close attention to detail, and takes genuine ownership of their responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities Scheduling & Coverage Oversee caregiver scheduling and ensure consistent, reliable coverage for all clients Proactively resolve gaps and last-minute changes to maintain uninterrupted care Client & Caregiver Communication Serve as the reliable point of contact for clients and caregivers, responding to calls and messages promptly and professionally Keep client and caregiver profiles accurate and up to date in all systems Referral Partner Development & Case Staffing Serve as the primary point of contact for a new referral partner Work with the Memphis Care Manager to identify staffing needs across new and existing cases, and relay those needs to the recruiting team Payroll & Documentation Support weekly payroll preparation by ensuring shift records are accurate and complete Organize and maintain digital and physical files in accordance with company standards Caregiver Onboarding & Compliance Assist with onboarding new caregivers and support ongoing compliance and active management Clinical Coordination Support Assist in coordinating care-related appointments and assessments to ensure timely completion within required timelines What We're Looking For Experience in home care, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage competing priorities calmly under pressure Compassionate, client-first mindset Comfortable with scheduling software and basic office tools Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Team player who takes ownership and follows through Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $17.00/hr
