Our Cleveland practice is looking for a full time Dental Treatment Coordinator who is dependable, organized, and ready to grow with us! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with patients, confidently guiding treatment conversations, and helping patients move forward with the care they need. What You'll Do:
✔Guide patients through recommended treatment plans with confidence and compassion ✔Discuss treatment costs, financial arrangements, and payment options comfortably and professionally ✔ Coordinate appointments and help patients move forward with needed care ✔Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and the dental team ✔ Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment

Monday
  • Thursday 7:00am
  • 5:00pm Friday 7:00am
  • 3:00pm We offer bonus opportunities, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement benefits.
Preference will be given to candidates with dental office and dental software experience as well as insurance/claims filing.
