Hygiene and Check-In Coordinator 7512 Corporate Center Drive, Germantown, TN 38138 From $18 an hour - Full-time From $18 an hour - Full-time Join Our Growing Dental Team Germantown, TN We are a patient-focused dental office in Germantown, TN looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our practice. Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general office communication. Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule. Assist with insurance verification and administrative responsibilities Collaborate closely with both clinical and business team members to ensure outstanding patient care. Support a culture of ownership, teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Patient Experience & Service Excellence Help create a consistently elevated, concierge-level patient experience. Assist in managing patient communication through phone, text, email, and in-office interactions. Professionally address patient concerns and help ensure positive resolutions. Contribute to maintaining high service standards and smooth office operations. What We're Looking For A dependable team player who values punctuality, professionalism, and accountability. Someone with strong communication skills who genuinely enjoys helping people. Ability to stay organized, positive, and calm in a fast-paced environment. Determination to learn, grow, and continuously improve. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Proficiency in Eaglesoft or a willingness to learn.
