ABOUT THE ROLE
Total Men's Primary Care is one of the most trusted primary care networks in Texas, with locations throughout Austin, DFW, Houston, and San Antonio. TMPC is expanding into specialized wellness programs, offering patients evidence-based treatments outside of traditional insurance — without the delays of prior authorizations, referrals, or coverage limitations. The Treatment Coordinator works hand-in-hand with our medical providers and clinical staff to deliver a concierge experience, offering direct access to our providers and staff and ensuring personalized care that meets each patient's unique needs and goals.RESPONSIBILITIES
Educate new and existing patients about recommended treatment plans with clarity and confidence Establish strong rapport with patients, fostering trust and confidence Follow up with existing patients to ensure satisfaction with treatment programs and utilize their feedback to enhance patient relationships Actively contribute to the growth and success of our company Exhibit a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and effective multitasking abilities Participate in the development of annual goals and objectives Collaborate closely with clinic staff to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment Support, lead, and exemplify the vision, mission, and values of the organizationWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years in a patient-facing healthcare role; experience in non-insurance or elective healthcare a plus Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with professionalism, discretion, and empathy Ability to support a clinical recommendation without overstepping into medical advice Proficiency with CRM and EMR systems; quick to adopt new platforms Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI requirements Currently based in Texas or open to relocatingCOMPENSATION
