As a Schedule Coordinator, you will assist in delivering outstanding care and experiences for our patients.

Job Type:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, In person

Responsibilities:

Schedule/Reschedule treatment and hygiene appointments; schedule unfinished treatments and reschedule missed appointments. Manage hygiene and treatment schedule for efficient and effective appointment times Be an effective team player with fluid communication and information for clinical staff Advocate for expanding new patient growth through marketing and promotional programs, inside and outside of the office •Required Skills and Qualifications•: High school graduate or GED Passionate & Friendly personality Excellent customer service skills and professionalism Team oriented Outstanding problem solving and communication skills Strong computer skills (google docs, dental software, etc.)

Preferred Skills and Certifications:
