We are seeking a Director of First Impressions & Patient Experience Coordinator who understands that this role is not administrative—it is strategic, clinical-supportive, and deeply patient-focused. This is a high-impact position for a professional who thrives on ownership, communication, and creating exceptional patient experiences in both English and Spanish. Your Mission Own the schedule. Elevate the patient experience. Drive treatment acceptance. Help patients move forward with confidence in their care. What You'll Do Schedule Ownership & Flow Maximize and manage doctor and hygiene schedules Proactively fill openings and reduce downtime Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations Ensure efficient daily patient flow Treatment Presentation & Case Acceptance Present treatment plans confidently in English and Spanish Help patients understand the value and urgency of recommended care Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding cases Track case acceptance using an Excel treatment tracker Collaborate with clinical team to improve conversion and outcomes Insurance & Financial Communication We are out-of-network with all insurance plans Verify eligibility and benefits for patients Help patients understand and maximize out-of-network benefits Clearly communicate financial options with transparency and empathy Patient Communication & Experience Manage patient communication through Weave Provide fast, warm, and professional responses to patient needs Create an elevated, welcoming experience from first call to final visit Build trust and long-term patient relationships Who You Are You are a self-directed professional who takes full ownership of your role.

Confident presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options Skilled in patient communication and relationship-building Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable using Excel for tracking and follow-up Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure We can teach systems—but we cannot teach integrity, reliability, or accountability.
