Job Description
We are excited to invite a dedicated and personable team member to join our growing orthodontic practice as a Front End Specialist. We are looking for someone with orthodontic or dental front office experience who is seeking a long-term position in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As with all roles in our office, personality and fit are just as important to us as experience. We take pride in the cohesiveness of our practice and are looking for someone who will contribute positively to our team culture while helping deliver excellent patient care. What does the perfect fit look like to us? At least 1 year of previous orthodontic or dental front office experience preferred Consistent and flexible availability for three days per week rotating on a two week schedule Warm, inviting, and energetic attitude Excellent time management and organizational skills A fast learner who is adaptable in multiple roles A true team player Strong communication skills with a passion for patient care Perks of joining our team Orthodontics is fun and rewarding! The right candidate will be confident on the phone, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both patients and the clinical team. We are looking for a fun and friendly personality who doesn't mind working hard and contributing wherever needed.
