FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

Katy, TX | Patient-Focused Practice We're a growing, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a professional, friendly, and supportive environment. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our team! This is a patient-facing role that combines patient care, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and basic social media/marketing support. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that celebrates positive transformations, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome and assist patients and families Schedule appointments and follow-up visits Verify insurance and payment information Facilitate excellent patient communication Answer phones and respond to text messages Provide a warm, professional patient experience Assist with basic social media and marketing activities Help with basic photo editing and social media content What We're Looking For Dental experience is a plus, but not required Local marketing experience is welcome but not required Valid driver's license Comfortable with basic photo editing and social media Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Dependable, motivated, and organized Enjoys working with patients and families Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discount
