Oversee patient care activities of the department, ensuring smooth transition of care for patient within Peterson Health. Responsible for providing leadership to all staff, ensuring quality care and managing change. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
Required Education:
Bachelor of Science in
Nursing Preferred Education:
Master of Science in
Nursing or Master of Business Administration Required Skills:
Leadership experience, basic computer and keyboarding
Preferred Skills:
Meditech Electronic Medical Record Required Licensure /Registration /
Certification:
Registered Nurse, Licensed in the state of Texas or Compact State Preferred Licensure /Registration /
Certification:
Certification in
Case Management Required Experience:
Three years acute care nursing experience, Leadership experience
Preferred Experience:
Case Management experience
