Monday

• Thursday, 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM
• 2:00

PM Pay:

$18

• 25/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

Serve as the key point of contact between patients and our clinical team, presenting and explaining recommended treatment plans Discuss and coordinate financial options, payment plans, and insurance/financial assistance with patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident way Use your marketing and sales skills to help patients say "yes" to the care they need Build strong relationships with patients to keep them engaged and returning Keep the schedule moving and the office running efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

High-energy, dynamic, go-getter personality Strong marketing and sales skills Excellent people skills — friendly, persuasive, and patient-focused Comfortable discussing financial assistance and payment options with patients Experience with Open Dental and dental office management is a plus Reliable, organized, and able to keep up in a busy office Why Join Pleasant Smiles Dental?
