Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of dental procedures, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as the vital link between patients and the dental team, guiding patients through treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to completion of care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient satisfaction while supporting the operational efficiency of our practice. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients, explaining treatment options clearly and confidently. Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and hygienists, ensuring patients understand their procedures and financial responsibilities. Schedule appointments efficiently, managing patient flow to optimize practice productivity. Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and assist patients with financial arrangements. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and address any questions or concerns promptly. Support administrative tasks such as managing patient correspondence and updating practice management software. Requirements Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment with strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex information in an accessible manner. Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks including scheduling, insurance processing, and record keeping. Prior office experience with familiarity in managing patient interactions and administrative workflows. Knowledge of dental office operations and best practices for delivering outstanding patient service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. A background in medical or dental administration is highly desirable; certification or training in healthcare administration is a plus. Pay:
$14.00 - $25.00 per hour
