Job Description:
Warm Patient Greetings:
Be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients with a friendly smile as they arrive at our office. You're the first impression of the clinic!
Efficient Appointment Scheduling:
Manage our appointment schedule like a pro, ensuring that patients are seen promptly and efficiently.
Patient Account Management:
Maintain accurate patient records and accounts, ensuring all details are up-to-date and organized.
Billing and Claims:
Handle patient billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Assist with
Intake Forms:
Guide patients through required paperwork, making their check-in process a breeze.
Appointment Confirmations:
Reach out to patients via phone or email to confirm upcoming appointments, ensuring their convenience.
Payment Information:
Keep patients informed about various payment options available to them.
Financial Transactions:
Handle patient payments and assist with basic accounting tasks, contributing to our practice's financial well-being.
Insurance Updates:
Maintain accurate patient insurance information to streamline the billing process.
Mail Management:
Organize incoming and outgoing mail to keep communication flowing.
Petty Cash Handling:
Manage petty cash for small expenses in the office.
Reception Area Appearance:
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area that reflects the excellence of our practice.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic accounting tasks and office software. Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is
REQUIRED.
Familiarity with Open Dental Software is a plus Bilingual preferred We are looking for someone who is a team player, will grow with the job and eventually become an Office Manager. Pay is contingent upon experience.
