Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a warm, compassionate, hard-working, and highly organized Client Care Coordinator for a part-time position at our American Fork location.

Open schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 2:00 - 6:00 PM Responsibilities include: Scheduling client appointments Answering and returning phone calls from current clients, potential clients, medical providers, and others in the community. Responding to texts and emails. Supporting clinical staff with administrative needs Working directly with the Office Manager and THG Leadership Team. A candidate that would be a good match for The Healing Group would be: Self-motivated and independently driven Highly organized, able to prioritize, and multitask Have a warm, compassionate, and helpful presence Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Able to communicate directly and clearly with the administrative and clinical team Reliable and dependable Enjoys working in a supportive team environment Passionate about helping individuals and couples in need of care and support
