The RCC will serve as a vital link between residents, families, and care teams, ensuring personalized, high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with diverse healthcare needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in medical documentation, patient assessment, and team supervision to deliver exceptional resident care. Duties Develop and implement caregiver schedules. Coordinate aide activities to ensure seamless delivery of services. Oversee medication management, including medication administration, catheter care, and community protocols while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Conduct thorough patient assessments by monitoring vital signs and weights Manage medical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Supervise care staff and team members by providing guidance through in services. Ensure compliance with infection control standards, OSHA regulations, and state licensing requirements across all care activities. Lead staff training on specialized areas when applicable. Promote a culture of safety by conducting regular audits on medical records, medication administration practices, and emergency response readiness. Experience Proven experience in Assisted Living Demonstrated expertise working with care staff. Strong background in managing complex cases involving behavioral health issues or dementia care. Supervisory experience overseeing caregiver teams. Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and quality assurance.
