Job Description

We are looking for a Office Lead who is a multitasker, dependable, well spoken and shows initiative when needed. The right candidate will work closely with referring practices, dental assistants, and other colleagues to help coordinate patient care.
Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:
Presenting treatment plans to patients Solve operations and patient flow issues Coordinate fees and insurance benefits for patients Answer the phone and schedule patients as needed Track offi ce inventory and non-dental supplies Flexible to assist with Dental Assistant responsibilities when needed.
Lead Responsibilities:
Help keep patient fl ow running effi ciently from check-in to check-out. Prepare for and lead the morning huddle. Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and hours in Homebase. Coordinate offi ce maintenance and report urgent repairs promptly. Identify daily offi ce needs and communicate them to the Operations Team. Ensure treatment plan estimates are completed accurately and emergency appointments are managed appropriately. Monitor office and clinical supplies, placing Amazon and other supply orders as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Train and support new team members and assist with temporary staff while they are in the office. Address day-to-day patient concerns and escalate issues to the Operations Team when needed. Support the doctor(s) on duty by helping facilitate their daily requests and ensuring they have what they need to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish ) preferred, but not necessary High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one or more years of previous experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred Ability to understand insurance plans is preferable. Training will be in Falls Church Office.
