Treatment Plan Coordinator - Bilingual Spanish Required FamiDental | Fredericksburg/Falmouth, VA FamiDental is a growing family dental practice with a warm, patient-centered environment and a strong Spanish-speaking patient base. We're looking for a motivated Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our Falmouth team and help patients understand, accept, and move forward with their dental care. What You'll Do You'll be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients — presenting treatment plans clearly, answering financial questions, coordinating insurance verification, and following up with patients who have outstanding treatment needs. You'll play a direct role in helping patients say yes to the care they need. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients in English and Spanish Verify dental insurance benefits and calculate patient portions Coordinate with the clinical team to prioritize pending treatment Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate records in the practice management software Support front desk operations as needed What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish and English — this is a firm requirement Prior dental office experience preferred (treatment coordinating, front desk, or billing) Familiarity with dental insurance (PPO plans, CDT codes, prior authorizations) Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with patients Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why FamiDental We're a bilingual practice that truly serves our community.
