Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Job description: In this position, you will be a part of a team that goes out into the community, providing mental health support services to adults who live with serious mental illnesses. This is a salary full-time position where you will be working mostly Monday through Friday and on occasion on a weekends depending on planned events and outings. You will be responsible for completing treatment plans and daily progress notes. The generalist clinical staff are required to have the knowledge, skill and ability required to carry out rehabilitation and support functions. This may include skills restoration and care coordination. The generalist clinical staff will support the individual with required services within the scope of their credentialing and expertise. The generalist clinical staff will attend treatment team meetings, as available and will document all interactions with client. The generalist clinical staff is responsible for having a working knowledge of DMAS, DBHDS and MCO rules and regulations. The generalist clinical staff is responsible for ensuring all of their personnel documents are accurate and up to date and immediately notifying Human Resources of any changes that could result in their inability to perform their job functions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A valid QMHP certification or Higher.
