About the Role As a Clinician at Envision, you'll support individuals and families through clinical assessment, counseling, and collaboration. You'll be part of a compassionate and mission-driven team that values your voice, honors your expertise, and supports your development. Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical intakes and assessments to determine service eligibility
Prepare service authorizations and maintain documentation in compliance with guidelines
The opportunity to support clients through individual, group, and family therapy
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care, respond to client crises, and make community referrals
Stay informed on best practices and participate in continuing education
Facilitate or support mental health workshops and outreach
Engage in regular clinical supervision Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Approved, meeting the requirements to be approved, as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work by the appropriate Virginia Board
Completion of 600+ clinical hours through practicum or internship
Strong foundational clinical skills and a desire to grow What We Offer
