About The Role We're hiring a Resident Clinician to support a growing outpatient mental health practice serving the Hampton Roads area. You'll build your caseload, receive clinical support, and work toward licensure while gaining experience with veterans, PTSD support, and community mental health populations. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful clinical experience, autonomy, and a workplace that actually prioritizes staff wellbeing. AA&K Services recently secured its second veteran services grant.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$30-$40/hour Part-time — up to 15 hours per week

Location:

Hampton Roads / Seven Cities Flexible scheduling available What You'll Be Doing Build and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients weekly Complete clinical documentation within 24-hour turnaround expectations Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and clinical oversight sessions Support outreach and community engagement efforts Work with veteran and trauma-focused populations Continue building licensure hours and clinical experience What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field License-eligible in Virginia as an LPC or

LCSW DSM-5
