Pay:
From $18.00 per hour (you can earn additional money with a monthly bonus based on sales if you achieve the minimum expectations). About Us At The Joint Chiropractic, we believe everyone deserves to live a healthier, pain-free life through routine, affordable chiropractic care. We don't just adjust spines—we build relationships and empower patients to take charge of their well-being. The ideal candidate is available to work in multiple clinics (we also have clinics in Renton and Lynnwood). The shifts are 9:30-7:15 during the week and 9:30-4:15 on the weekends. Those that are not available on the weekends need not apply.
Position:
Wellness Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) As a Wellness Coordinator, you are the essential link between compassionate care and patient commitment. You'll be the first smile our patients see, and your empathy will help them feel at ease. At the same time, you'll play a crucial role in the clinic's growth by confidently presenting and selling treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. You'll help them see how ongoing care will keep them moving, feeling, and living better. What You'll Do Deliver warm, attentive care, ensuring every patient feels heard and supported. Guide patients through paperwork with clarity and ease, ensuring their comfort. Present and sell customized care plans with confidence, connecting each patient's goals to the right treatment options. Use our point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and keep patient accounts up-to-date. Build patient loyalty by helping them choose plans that fit their needs, encouraging long-term health. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new patients and expand our community. Ensure a clean, organized clinic environment, and keep things running smoothly. Collaborate with a positive, supportive team, contributing to a culture of growth and shared success. What We're Looking For A driven, compassionate professional who is passionate about both patient care and sales. Someone who thrives on building rapport, confidently recommending treatment options, and guiding patients toward care that changes their lives. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a track record of success in sales or customer service. Associates degree or higher, plus at least one year of customer service, sales, and computer skills experience. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed. Healthcare or office management experience a plus.
