Your Daily Responsibilities Patient Services:

Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and help patients fill out medical forms.

Present Plans:

Explain recommended treatment options and financial arrangements clearly to patients.

Optimize Schedules:

Coordinate treatment booking to maintain an efficient doctor schedule.

Patient Follow-Up:

Reach out to pending and unscheduled patients to answer questions.

Keep Records:

Maintain precise patient files and accurate treatment cost estimates.

Collaborate Daily:

Partner with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

What You Bring Experience:

Minimum 1 years as a dental treatment coordinator.

Specialty Plus:

Background in Endodontics or Periodontics is a strong plus..
