Freelove Orthodontics and Smile Design is a small orthodontic office in Sammamish & Kent, WA. We are customer-centric, fun and collaborative. We're hiring a full-time Treatment Coordinator to be the trusted guide for new patients and families from their first consultation through the start of treatment. What you'll do Walk new patients and parents through treatment options the doctor presents, answering questions with clarity and confidence Be the friendly point of contact for patients and parents during and after treatment Manage our pre-treatment observation and recall system so no patient falls through the cracks Keep our referring dental offices in the loop Partner with our scheduling, financial and fellow treatment coordinators on new patient scheduling, insurance verification, and accounts receivable. What we're looking for (must-haves) Genuine people skills — you're warm, confident, and easy to trust Strong written communication (clean grammar, professional email and letter writing) Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-through Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and adaptability Basic computer proficiency Available weekdays (no weekends, no evenings) Bonus points Dental or orthodontic experience (not required — we'll train the right person) Sales, hospitality, or customer-success background Spanish speakers strongly valued and compensated accordingly Compensation & benefits $24-30 an hour Employer contributed health insurance PTO, paid holidays 401k retirement plan with automatic 3% match Free orthodontic treatment Schedule & locations Full-time, 4 day schedule.
