Job Description

Castle is looking for wonderful, caring and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator/House Manager for our Birchrock Castle - Mukwonago location! This facility/home like setting is perfect for someone wanting to have meaningful relationships with the residents, families and co-workers. Castle strives to create the most satisfying living experience for the residents we serve and to be the most respected senior living company to work for by going above and beyond in any way possible. Although the position is a scheduled as a full-time position, CSL is looking for someone that is flexible and can help cover for open shifts during their scheduled on-call days/hours. This position will be day time hours. Position includes every other weekend rotation, some holidays, and for on-call responsibilities. Our compassionate environment and loving support has always been an important part of our family values. With over 25 years experience, the Castle family has been dedicated to providing quality care and loving support to seniors to improve their quality of life. Position Summary Resident Care Coordinators are responsible for providing personal care services to the residents, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, meal preparedness and assistance, medication/treatment assistance, training new staff and other duties as needed for the residents well-being and facility needs.
