Chiropractor (Full-Time) About Our Practice The Nature of Health is a modern, cash-based wellness and chiropractic med spa in Gilbert, Arizona. Our approach is intentionally different from a traditional high-volume chiropractic practice. We provide longer, highly individualized appointments that combine chiropractic adjustments with soft-tissue treatment, functional assessment, movement-based care, and advanced therapeutic modalities when appropriate. Our goal is not simply to adjust patients and move on to the next appointment. We want to understand what is causing a patient's problem, use the appropriate combination of hands-on techniques and clinical tools, and deliver an exceptional care experience focused on meaningful results. Our practice is equipped with advanced therapeutic and recovery technologies including a Neubie, Storz Medical Shockwave, pelvic floor chair, spinal and knee decompression, motorized elevation / drop tables, and other tools that allow our providers to individualize care. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a Chiropractor with strong hands-on clinical skills and a genuine interest in incorporating Active Release Techniques (ART) and other soft-tissue techniques into patient care. The ideal candidate enjoys treating more than the spine and is comfortable addressing musculoskeletal conditions throughout the body. Current ART certification is preferred but not required for Arizona-licensed candidates who are willing to complete ART certification with support from the practice. ART-certified chiropractors outside Arizona are also encouraged to apply, and relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. Webster Technique certification and experience with prenatal and family-focused care are preferred but not required for candidates willing to complete certification. Most importantly, we are looking for a clinician whose philosophy of care aligns with ours: thoughtful evaluation, skilled hands-on treatment, individualized care, and a genuine focus on achieving meaningful patient outcomes. For example, when a patient presents with chronic shoulder pain, our ideal provider is comfortable evaluating the underlying problem, assessing movement and soft-tissue involvement, providing appropriate hands-on treatment and chiropractic care, incorporating other modalities when indicated, and monitoring the patient's response over time. This type of comprehensive care is central to how we build patient trust, retention, and referrals. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career within a growing practice, develop a loyal patient base, expand their clinical skill set, and have their compensation grow alongside their success. The Opportunity You will initially work alongside and support an established chiropractor while developing your own patient base. You'll receive mentorship and clinical collaboration while being given the opportunity to build autonomy as you demonstrate strong patient care and results. The practice supports provider growth through marketing and social media, an established referral network, community visibility, and a high-traffic Baseline Road location. At the same time, we expect our Chiropractor to actively contribute to growth through excellent clinical care, patient relationships, referrals, and appropriate community or educational outreach. We believe great clinical outcomes and a great patient experience drive practice growth. Our compensation model is designed around that philosophy. Compensation This position offers a blended compensation structure consisting of: Base salary: $40,000-$60,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and clinical skill set Performance-based incentives designed to reward growth of a healthy, sustainable patient base Total compensation is designed to scale meaningfully as the associate builds and retains a strong patient base. High-performing clinicians have the opportunity to grow into six-figure total compensation over time, with earnings aligned with patient-base growth, retention, and overall practice success.
