Join Our Team Double Eagle Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking an experienced, certified Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice in Tucson. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in providing exceptional care, and can help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional clinic environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, organized, and comfortable balancing clinical support with front-office responsibilities. We want someone who can build genuine relationships with patients while helping our doctors deliver a high-quality experience. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors with patient preparation, treatment flow, and clinical procedures within the scope of Arizona law and applicable certifications. Perform authorized therapeutic modalities and assist with rehabilitation or other treatment services as directed by the supervising chiropractor. Greet patients, manage check-in and checkout, and maintain a positive patient experience. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using Jane practice management software. Collect payments, process point-of-sale transactions, and assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks. Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for daily operations. Educate patients on office procedures, treatment schedules, and general care instructions as directed by the doctor. Support a collaborative team environment and help maintain smooth, efficient clinic operations. Required Qualifications Completed Arizona Board-approved Chiropractic Assistant training and current registration with the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Experience working in a chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare setting. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy patient-care environment. Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic patient records. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends. Preferred Qualifications Additional training or certification in physiotherapy modalities and therapeutic procedures, as applicable. Experience with traction, spinal decompression, rehabilitation, or other chiropractic treatment equipment. Familiarity with Jane practice management software. Experience with insurance verification, billing, and patient payment processing. Previous experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary wellness practice.
