  • 6:00 PM (Includes a dedicated 2-hour midday break from 12:00 PM

PI Expertise & Support:
Work in a well-established Personal Injury practice with robust training in PI documentation, case management, and attorney care coordination.
Full Administrative Backing:
Dedicated front desk and clinical staff to handle billing, scheduling, and operational tasks so you can focus 100% on patient care.

Your Daily Impact:
Clinical Excellence:
Conduct patient examinations, report of findings, digital X-rays, chiropractic adjustments, and personalized treatment plans while maintaining accurate electronic SOAP notes.
Collaborative Clinical Mentorship:
Serve as the clinical anchor for your location by inspiring, coaching, and mentoring clinic staff in partnership with our Business Office to support team growth, staff development, and long-term retention.
Clinic Standards & Culture:
Partner with administration to maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-standard clinical environment that ensures an exceptional patient experience.
Patient Advocacy:
Educate patients on their recovery journey to ensure optimal care outcomes and long-term wellness.
What We're Looking For:
Core Qualities:
A positive, reliable physician with a warm, exceptional bedside manner and a desire to foster a collaborative team environment.
License:
Active Arizona DC License with Physical Medicine / P.M.A. Certificate (out-of-state candidates with pending AZ licensure are welcome to apply!).
Experience:
1+ years of clinical experience preferred (Personal Injury background is a major plus, but we will train the right doctor).
Skills:
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal communication skills with an ethical, motivated approach.
Languages:
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable.
Location:
Ability to commute and/or relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85015 prior to start date.
Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
