$100,000 - $110,000 (Salary Negotiation based on Experience) Job Description & Requirements We are a high-volume, upper cervical chiropractic clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (negotiable based on experience), along with potential bonus opportunities for doctors who excel in patient communication and closing care plans. Our schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, totaling approximately 25 patient hours per week. Expected patient volume ranges from 100 to 175 visits weekly, with our doctors typically spending 1 to 3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations Taking and reviewing X-rays Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations Providing upper cervical chiropractic adjustments (training provided) Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care Educating patients on wellness lifestyle practices We operate under a shared-patient model and specialize exclusively in upper cervical care.
