Fresno, CA (On-Site) Help Patients Heal, Move Better, and Live Better First Health Medical Center is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our Fresno, CA team. This is a great opportunity for a chiropractor who enjoys helping patients recover from pain, injuries, and mobility limitations through quality adjustments, personalized treatment plans, and strong patient education. First Health Medical Center is a walk-in medical clinic in Fresno, CA, offering urgent care, telemedicine, personal injury care, chiropractic care, DOT physicals, and rehabilitation services. Our team is focused on providing compassionate, thorough, and effective care to help patients recover, improve mobility, and return to daily life with confidence. The Associate Chiropractor will evaluate patients, review medical histories, perform examinations, create treatment plans, provide chiropractic adjustments, read X-rays when needed, educate patients, and support positive patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, comfort with MVA protocols, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Assess patients by reviewing medical history, current concerns, symptoms, and treatment goals. Perform physical examinations to determine appropriate chiropractic care plans. Provide quality chiropractic adjustments to the spine and extremities. Create, manage, and oversee treatment plans designed to improve patient health and function. Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, home care recommendations, and the potential benefits of chiropractic treatment based on individual clinical needs. Build positive, professional, and trusting doctor-patient relationships. Read X-rays and prepare reports when necessary. Apply knowledge of MVA protocols, including understanding which X-rays need to be taken. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records. Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Assist with patient follow-up and recall processes to encourage continuity of care. Monitor therapy equipment and report broken or malfunctioning equipment. Lead by example in the office and help support a positive, professional, team-oriented environment. Follow all practice policies, procedures, and values as outlined by the company. Qualifications Valid California Chiropractic License required. Valid X-Ray Certification required. Strong clinical assessment and adjustment skills. Ability to read X-rays and document findings when needed. Understanding of MVA protocols preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in-person, phone, email, and text correspondence. Ability to educate patients clearly and confidently about chiropractic care and treatment benefits. Open to learning and applying new chiropractic procedures, forms, and treatment methods. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism. Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a healthy work environment. Ability to lead by example and support office processes in a constructive, team-focused way. Strong attention to detail when documenting patient conditions, care plans, and treatment progress.
