Duties Greet patients warmly, facilitate intake procedures, and gather comprehensive health histories using specialized medical software. Assist with patient assessments by measuring vital signs, conducting basic physiology and anatomy evaluations, and documenting findings accurately. Support chiropractors during adjustments and therapies by preparing treatment areas, handling equipment, and ensuring patient comfort. Provide education on postural correction, nutrition, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and other wellness topics to empower patients in their health journeys. Manage patient communication through telehealth platforms, appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and answering questions about treatments or services like Reiki or labor & delivery support. Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to medical terminology standards. Collaborate with families to address their unique needs during consultations involving working with children or postpartum care. Skills Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling, documentation, and telehealth sessions. Strong patient service skills with a focus on compassionate client communication and active listening. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques to support accurate documentation and effective care. Experience supporting diverse services such as breastfeeding support, postpartum care, nutrition guidance, labor & delivery assistance, Reiki services, or working with families. Ability to operate telehealth platforms confidently for remote consultations and follow-up care. Excellent organizational skills to manage intake procedures and maintain detailed medical records. Effective teamwork skills to coordinate with chiropractors and healthcare staff while providing exceptional patient care.
