Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. A chiropractic office specializing in personal injury in Lancaster is looking for a part-time chiropractor for 3 days a week that may eventually turn into a full-time position.. Duties will include but not limited to performing physical exams, follow-ups, maintaining soap notes, helping with therapy, and of course adjusting. Creating med legal reports will be paid extra if desired. Salary is $40hr+(depending on experience). Please submit resume via email for consideration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human physiology and be skilled in various chiropractic techniques. This role involves assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized care plans, and providing effective treatment to enhance patient well-being and mobility. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and health goals. Utilize various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and pain management strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients about their conditions and the importance of ongoing care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Stay informed about advancements in chiropractic practices and medical terminology. Experience A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required. Proven knowledge in physiology, patient observation, and primary care practices. Familiarity with acute pain management techniques is preferred. Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on their treatment options.
