This is a hands-on, patient-focused role with a clear path to full-time and long-term growth within the clinic. Duties Perform chiropractic adjustments (C/T/L/SI focus depending on case) Deliver soft tissue/manual therapy as part of treatment flow Guide patients through rehab / corrective exercises Manage and document patient care (SOAP notes - we use a structured system) Support new patient exams and re-exams when needed Educate patients on care plans and progress Work efficiently in a moderate-to-high volume clinic (PI, cash, insurance mix) What Makes This Role Different You're not just adjusting and leaving—you're part of a complete treatment system (Adjust + Soft Tissue + Rehab) Structured workflow (you won't be guessing what to do next) Strong focus on patient retention and results , not just visit counts Opportunity to grow into a full-time, high-producing role Who We're Looking For Licensed Chiropractor (CA) + Plus if you are (LAc) Strong hands-on adjusting skills (or willing to improve quickly) Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment Good communicator with patients (this matters more than you think) Team-oriented, but can handle patients independently Preferred (but not required):

Bilingual:

Korean and/or Spanish Experience with personal injury cases (PI) Rehab or corrective exercise background Training & Growth ~2-month structured training period Introduction to clinic systems, flow, and documentation style Bonus/incentive structure introduced after training Clear pathway to increased hours and responsibility Why MyoBalance We're building something scalable—not just filling a schedule.
