Seeking a new owner for a Blair Upper Cervical Technique practice. The business is healthy as it averages between $30K - $40K per month with fixed overhead of $9K or less working only 2.5 days per week. The suite is fully furnished with equipment and furniture in a new commercial building and the practice has no debt. The corporation is extremely profitable but I am no longer able to maintain the demanding travel schedule as I already own another practice in San Diego where I live. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Commitment to clinical excellence, high standards of care, and outstanding patient outcomes. Strong work ethic, dependability, and accountability. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a patient-centered approach. A good heart with a passion for upper cervical care.
