- Licensed chiropractor in California
- New grads welcome if the philosophy fits; the right fit matters more than years
- Pediatric-focused
- trained through PX Docs, ICPA, or eager to train
- Webster Certified
- required, or actively pursuing within 3 months of hire
- Excited to learn neurologically-focused techniques (Syntrophy, TRT, MC2, or equivalent)
- Comfortable interpreting INSiGHT scans or eager to learn
- Warm, present, and naturally great with kids and parents
- Collaborative, coachable, and motivated by growth Responsibilities
- Deliver neurologically-focused, tonal adjustments to pediatric, prenatal, and family patients
- Read and interpret INSiGHT scans
- Educate families on nervous system regulation and the lifestyle factors behind real change (sleep, movement, stress)
- Collaborate closely with the team on patient cases and clinic growth
- Participate in ongoing training, case reviews, and team development Not A Good Fit If…
