Compensation:

$80,000 to $90,000 starting salary plus uncapped bonus (OTE $115,000 or more) About Verve Wellness Club Verve Wellness Club is a fast-growing, integrated wellness practice serving women and families across Orange County. About the Role We are seeking a Lead Chiropractor and Clinic Director for our Orange location. This is a leadership-track role for a doctor who combines strong clinical skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and set the standard for a high-performing team. You will play a key role in patient care, team development, and clinic growth. Responsibilities Provide high-quality chiropractic care across all patient populations Deliver clear Reports of Findings and build effective care plans Administer shockwave therapy and support integrated services Lead, coach, and develop the clinical team Drive patient experience and retention Represent Verve in the community through outreach and partnerships Qualifications Active California DC license or ability to obtain before start Three to five or more years of clinical experience Strong adjusting skills across diverse patient populations Confident in patient communication and care plan recommendations Demonstrated leadership ability or strong leadership potential Self-directed and proactive Preferred but not required: experience leading a team, women's health focus, pediatric care, soft tissue expertise, or community engagement.
