Job Description

About the Role We're an established chiropractic and wellness practice in San Clemente, and we're looking for a positive, motivated, and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our team. You should be confident treating patients on your own and just as comfortable working as part of a close-knit team. We're looking for someone who believes in natural health, is eager to keep sharpening their clinical skills, and wants to build lasting relationships with patients. Our practice treats many families, so experience caring for prenatal patients, children, and infants is essential. The role starts part-time. As the practice grows and you settle in, we expect chances to add days and hours. Over time, that may lead to a full-time schedule and, for the right person, a bigger leadership role. These opportunities depend on patient demand, performance, and fit, so we can't guarantee them, but we're glad to talk openly about where you'd like your career to go. Mentorship & Onboarding Every new associate starts with an onboarding period, working directly with our founding chiropractor. Over many years, our founder has built a distinctive approach to patient care, and patients have come to trust and expect it. During onboarding you'll learn: The adjusting techniques and clinical protocols we use with our patients Our procedures for exams, treatment plans, documentation, and patient communication The culture and care philosophy that shape how patients experience our office Our goal is to make sure every patient gets the same high standard of care no matter which doctor they see. We also want you to feel fully prepared and supported from your first day. This isn't about starting over. Your own training and experience are valued here, and onboarding is a chance to build on them while you learn from a seasoned practitioner. Many associates find it to be one of the most rewarding parts of joining our team.
