This is not a high-volume, adjustment-only position. We are a cash-based sports rehab and performance practice that combines chiropractic care, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and strength training to help active adults overcome pain, restore function, and get back to doing what they love. This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and strength training while developing into an exceptional clinician within a modern, evidence-informed practice. We believe that movement is medicine and training is healthcare.
Our mission is simple:
Reduce symptoms. Restore function. Rebuild strength. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and movement assessments Identify the underlying contributors to pain, injury, and dysfunction Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes Deliver chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, and rehabilitative interventions Prescribe and progress corrective exercise and strength training programs Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and long-term health Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional patient experience and contribute to practice growth Experience Doctor of Chiropractic degree Active California chiropractic license or ability to obtain one prior to employment Passion for movement, rehabilitation, and strength training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, self-accountable, and growth-minded Desire to become an exceptional clinician, leader in the community and lifelong learner Experience with exercise prescription, manual therapy, or strength training is preferred but not required

From $70,000.00 per year
