Founded in 2011, SFCC has built a reputation for delivering individualized, evidence-based care that combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue treatment, movement assessment, rehabilitation, and patient education. We are not a high-volume, adjustment-only clinic. Our doctors work closely with active professionals, runners, cyclists, golfers, fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors and athletes to help them move better, perform better, and stay active. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Sports-minded and rehabilitation focused Comfortable treating active adults and athletes Strong manual adjuster Skilled in exercise prescription and corrective exercise Excellent communicator and relationship builder Growth-oriented and coachable Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term stepping stone Preferred Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Active California Chiropractic license (or ability to obtain) Active Release Techniques (ART) certified or willing to become certified Sports, fitness, strength and conditioning, coaching, or athletic background Experience with rehabilitation and movement-based care 2 to 10 years of clinical experience preferred What You'll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations Deliver chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy Provide soft tissue treatment and rehabilitation programs Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on injury prevention and performance optimization Collaborate with other providers and staff Build strong patient relationships and retention What We Offer Established brand with over 15 years in San Francisco Existing patient flow Administrative and front desk support Marketing support Mentorship and clinical collaboration Multiple clinic locations Opportunities to participate in corporate wellness and onsite health programs Growth opportunities within SF Custom Chiropractic and Custom Onsite Health Compensation Compensation structure will be based on experience, availability, and production.
