Associate Chiropractor A Fine Spine Chiropractic Santa Monica, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $45 - $120 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Interpersonal skills Care documentation Evidence-based practice Doctor of Chiropractic Chiropractic License Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our established chiropractic practice. You will provide evidence-informed, hands-on chiropractic care, develop and manage treatment plans, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from first visit through ongoing care. This position is designed to support professional growth within the practice, including opportunities to build a consistent patient base and advance responsibilities over time. Compensation is structured on a percentage split. Key Responsibilities Provide chiropractic evaluations, examinations, and patient care plans Deliver adjustments and hands-on therapies aligned with the clinic's standards Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnosis, care plans, and expectations Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture Follow clinic policies and maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and active state licensure Strong patient communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care Ability to work independently while collaborating with the existing team Interest in building a long-term caseload within an established practice
