Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Licensed Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary medical practice specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases. This role focuses on treating musculoskeletal injuries, reducing pain, and improving functional outcomes for injured patients. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume clinical environments, understands injury-based care, and is comfortable working alongside medical providers, chiropractors, and therapy staff. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential, as care will often be coordinated with attorneys, adjusters, and other healthcare providers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive acupuncture treatments for patients with work-related and personal injury conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction, functional restoration, and recovery Treat conditions including but not limited to: neck pain, back pain, joint injuries, repetitive stress injuries, and post-traumatic conditions Accurately document all treatments, patient responses, and progress in EMR in a timely manner Maintain compliance with Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury documentation standards Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and therapy staff to ensure coordinated patient care Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and supportive care strategies Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Adhere to all state licensing requirements and clinic protocols Qualifications Active California Acupuncturist License (required) Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions preferred Experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury cases is a plus Strong clinical judgment and hands-on treatment skills Excellent documentation and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach Compensation & Schedule Competitive compensation (per diem / per patient / hourly - based on experience) Flexible scheduling options available High patient volume with consistent referrals

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
