Job Description

ORGANIC CHIROPRACTIC CARE
in Westminster is looking for a licensed, energetic, and knowledgeable associate Doctor of Chiropractic who is a continuous learner and passionate about using chiropractic modalities and progressive rehabilitation to help improve the quality of life of our patients. You will play a vital role in patient care, education, retention, rehabilitation, patient outcomes, the patient experience and marketing the clinic services. Job Responsibilities Evaluate the functioning of the neuromusculoskeletal system and the spine using systems of chiropractic diagnosis. Perform a series of manual and non-manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system. Maintain accurate case histories of patients, SOAP notes, and advise patients about recommended courses of treatment. Intake patients' details case history, conduct/perform physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations. Interpret diagnostic imaging studies such as X-rays and MRI's. Diagnosed and treated musculoskeletal conditions of the spinal column and extremities to reduce or eliminate pain and correct other abnormalities of body. Performed treatments focusing on the cause of musculoskeletal dysfunctions utilizing physical therapy modalities, rehab exercises, spinal tractions, heat/cold therapy, and MFR technique. Alleviate pain in patient of all ages and personal injury patients. Provided supplementary measures, such as exercise, rest, water, light, heat and nutritional therapy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to effectively communicate diagnostic test results, diagnose, and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by the patients Demonstrated compassion for patients Attending seminars with the doctor to improve marketing skills, hand on performance, continues education, and to gain knowledge on how to run a successful practice. Writing narrative reports for personal injury cases Take vital signs of patients such as blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight.

Current Chiropractic License Applicant must carry his/her own liability/Mal-Practice insurance Strict professional work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills (word doc, excel, PowerPoint, etc…) Reliable transportation Flexible availability within work hours Must be willing to market and help grow the practice X-Ray Supervisor and Operator License is a PLUS Must be self-learner, self-motivator, proactive, attentive, approachable, aware of your surroundings, think outside of the box, organized, able to work with minimal supervision the majority of the time, etc. Honest/Loyal/Trust Worth/Reliable/Dependable Active and Continuous Learner Ability to follow systems, routines, and manage time effectively Embrace and reactive positively to change PX Docs - Pediatric Chiropractic is a PLUS Applicant must possess knowledge of the following: Knowledge of
ICD 10/CPT
codes, insurance billing, and managing personal injury cases are a plus. Experience working in a clinical setting is a plus Spanish or Vietnamese bilingual is a plus
