We specialize in neurologically focused care for families, pediatric/prenatal patients, and individuals and we're looking for a motivated Associate Chiropractor (D.C.) with great adjusting skills who wants to grow clinically, professionally, and personally and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Learn more about us at www.freedomchiro.com Why This Opportunity Stands Out Starting salary: $75,000-$90,000 based on experience and skillset ( future bonuses based on performance and KPI's) Structured mentorship/training that accelerates your clinical and professional growth Established patient base—no cold starts Paid malpractice insurance, PTO, and IRA with employer match High-energy, team-driven culture that supports and challenges you Modern systems and technology (Insight Scans, digital x-ray, streamlined workflows) What You'll Do Deliver high-quality chiropractic care with a neurologically focused approach (utilizing Diversified, Gonstead, Drop Table, Arthrostim, Activator and Neurotonal techniques) Perform exams, adjust patients, and communicate care plans clearly and confidently Build lasting rapport with all patients, families and pediatrics Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences Continue learning and refining clinical skills with ongoing training or mentorship Prepare x-ray analysis, scans, exercise and lifestyle recommendations What We're Looking For Required Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree Active (or soon-to-be active) Colorado chiropractic license Very high confidence adjusting a variety of patients Experience or interest in prenatal/pediatric/family chiropractic Strong communication skills Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team Familiarity with neurologically focused techniques (or the desire to learn new techniques) If you don't have experience in all areas…we train.
