We help adults avoid surgery and regain their quality of life using precise, non‑traditional chiropractic care. Historically, the founder has done almost all new‑patient ROFs and sales. Your mission is to take that over and grow it. Your Primary Outcome Own new‑patient revenue: Run day 1 consults and day 2 ROFs and present $4.5-15k care plans Maintain 60% exam close rate on qualified consults Maintain 60% close rate for ROFs Help drive $160k+/month in new care plan starts with low refunds / drop‑offs What You'll Do Review exams, imaging, and testing; deliver clear, confident consults and ROFs Recommend and enroll patients into customized NUCCA/decompression plans Handle all money talks: payment options, financing, agreements, refund / drop off conversations Coordinate with front desk/CAs so every ROF block is filled with a qualified, prepared patient Follow up with "not yet" and at‑risk patients to keep them on track Adjust patients and aim to become proficient in NUCCA, but your main scoreboard is collected new‑plan revenue and completed plans This Role Is For You If You're a licensed DC (or license‑eligible) who enjoys enrolling patients, not just adjusting them You're comfortable talking about money and outcomes for high‑ticket care You like clear targets, feedback, and being paid on performance Compensation & Schedule Competitive base salary (experience‑dependent) Performance bonus tied to collected new plan revenue above baseline Full‑time in‑clinic Monday-Thursday, limited weekends Apply Please attach your resume/CV that includes a short note titled "New Patient DC - [Your Name]", briefly describing your experience giving ROFs and recommending care plans.
