Our purpose is to help every patient become the healthiest, happiest, and best version of themselves. Our mission is to improve lives by removing nervous-system interference, restoring function, and delivering exceptional chiropractic care in a positive, family-centered environment. Shoreline Family Chiropractic has earned more than 1000 five-star reviews across Google and Facebook and has been recognized as Best Chiropractic Office in New Haven County for six consecutive years, as well as Best of Milford for four consecutive years. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who loves adjusting and educating patients without the pressure the building a practice. We provide an established patient base, proven systems, modern technology, ongoing mentorship, and a collaborative TEAM environment. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver safe, specific, high-quality chiropractic adjustments Educate patients about chiropractic care and lifestyle changes Communicate recommendations clearly, confidently, and compassionately Review patient histories, examinations, digital X-rays, and nerve scans as assigned Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation Collaborate with the clinic director, associate doctors, case manager, and front-desk team Support continuity of care by following established clinical and patient-flow systems Create a positive, encouraging experience during every patient interaction Participate in weekly training, team meetings, and professional development Represent Shoreline Family Chiropractic's mission, values, and standards inside and outside the office Skills and Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active Connecticut chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one Strong adjusting skills and willingness to continue improving Confident, clear, and patient-friendly communication Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced family practice Ability to connect with children, adults, athletes, prenatal patients, and seniors Team-first attitude with strong personal accountability Dependable, punctual, organized, and coachable Positive energy and genuine enthusiasm for chiropractic Ability to follow established systems while contributing ideas for improvement Commitment to integrity, caring, openness, and never-ending improvement New graduates are welcome; training and mentorship will be provided Great environment for established doctors Webster Technique training and family-practice experience are beneficial but not required Most importantly we are looking for a kind and loving doctor who want to make an impact on this world by helping others live better!
Pay:
