$70,000 - $100,000 per year About Us Peak Chiropractic Spine and Headache Center is a growing two-location practice serving Celebration and Clermont, Florida. We specialize in advanced spinal decompression care using Accu-Spina technology, combined with hands-on chiropractic treatment for spine and headache conditions. Our treatment offerings also include laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and knee decompression, giving our doctors a broader toolkit than most chiropractic offices. Our focus is patient outcomes, not paperwork. We built our practice around getting people out of pain and back to their lives, using technology and treatment protocols that most chiropractic offices don't offer. About the Role We're looking for a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join our Celebration office. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team, treat a steady patient base, and use a full suite of advanced modalities including spinal decompression, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and knee decompression. You'll also treat personal injury patients as part of our regular caseload. This is a hands-on clinical role in a well-established, patient-focused practice. What You'll Do Perform chiropractic exams, evaluations, and adjustments Deliver spinal decompression therapy using Accu-Spina technology Administer laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and knee decompression treatments Treat and manage care plans for personal injury (PI) patients Develop and manage individualized care plans Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment and progress Work collaboratively with front desk and clinical support staff to keep patient flow smooth What We're Looking For Active Florida chiropractic license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited program New graduates welcome to apply Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Team player who takes direction well and contributes to a positive office culture Compensation & Benefits $68,000 - $75,000 annual salary Full-time schedule Structured 90-day training plan, with a performance-based raise opportunity upon successful completion PTO eligibility begins at one year of employment Hands-on training with advanced spinal decompression, laser, shockwave, and knee decompression technology Growth opportunity within an expanding practice How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about why you're interested in joining our team.
