Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) to step into a full-time, clinic leadership role in Deerfield Beach, FL This is not an associate role—it's an opportunity for a doctor who wants to take ownership of clinic performance, build patient volume, and drive results . You will be stepping into a developing clinic with the expectation to grow it into a consistent 50-60 patient visits per day within the first 6 months . What You'll Do Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Drive clinic growth through patient education, retention, and reactivation Confidently recommend care plans and gain patient commitment to ongoing care Take ownership of daily performance metrics, volume, and patient experience Partner with front desk teams to optimize conversion and retention Build a strong presence in the clinic and community What We're Looking For Active Florida License (DC) 2+ years of experience preferred (high-volume experience strongly preferred) Proven ability—or strong desire—to grow patient volume and clinic performance Comfortable with 50+ adjustments per day Strong communication skills with confidence in care plan recommendations Self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership Who This Role Is (and Isn't) For This role is ideal for a doctor who: Wants to lead, build, and grow a clinic Is motivated by performance, patient impact, and results Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment This role is not a fit for someone looking for a low-volume, maintenance-style position.
