The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care and improving overall wellness through evidence-based chiropractic treatment. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal conditions while developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. The Chiropractor will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and long-term health. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and functional assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulations, and other manual therapies to relieve pain and improve mobility. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve treatment goals. Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and wellness. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records using appropriate medical documentation standards. Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care, rehabilitation techniques, and pain management strategies. Collaborate with physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care. Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, professionalism, and ethical practice. Qualifications Required Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice chiropractic care. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and medical terminology. Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. Preferred Experience treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Experience in rehabilitation, corrective exercise, or injuries. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Strong patient education and wellness coaching abilities.
