OVERVIEW

The Per Diem Doctor of Chiropractic delivers high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary corporate outpatient setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, service-oriented, and comfortable practicing in a modern, team-based care model that emphasizes access, efficiency, and a high-touch patient experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLINICAL CARE DELIVERY

Provide comprehensive primary and acute care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of common medical conditions Manage chronic conditions within scope and clinic capabilities Order and interpret imaging High touch, low volume schedule

PATIENT EXPERIENCE

Deliver a personalized, patient-centered care experience with strong attention to service and communication Ensure timely access to care, including same-day or next-day visits when appropriate Provide clear guidance, education, and follow-up to support patient outcomes

CARE COORDINATION & REFERRALS

Collaborate closely with internal providers across disciplines, including medical and services Facilitate referrals to external specialists and diagnostic services as needed Coordinate follow-up care, including tracking results and supporting care plan adherence

CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate or consult with the Director of Musculoskeletal Care as needed Adhere to established clinical protocols, workflows, and compliance standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in Florida D.C. degree from an accredited Chiropractic institution. Experience 5+ years of clinical experience
