Job Description

RejuvenX is looking for a Chiropractor to join our St. Petersburg clinic and care for patients with injuries and impairments of the neuromusculoskeletal system, especially the spine, neck, and related joints and soft tissues. In this role, you'll: Meet with patients to understand their injuries, pain, and health concerns Assess their physical condition and lifestyle Order and interpret appropriate tests Deliver hands-on treatment Provide guidance on long-term care and pain management We're looking for someone who is thorough, attentive, and confident in treating musculoskeletal and nerve-related conditions, and who communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and staff. Essential Duties Evaluate patients by taking histories, performing physical exams, and identifying key concerns Use diagnostic tools (e.g., X-rays, MRI reports) to better understand the patient's condition Administer chiropractic treatments, including spinal manipulation/adjustments, soft tissue work, and other clinically appropriate therapies Provide patient education on posture, ergonomics, stretching, exercise, and lifestyle changes to support long-term outcomes Document visits accurately and completely in the medical record, including conditions, treatments, and progress over time Stay current with developments in chiropractic care through continuing education, trainings, and workshops Refer patients to medical providers or specialists when their needs extend beyond chiropractic care Job Requirements Current , active Florida Chiropractic Physician license Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Strong communication and active listening skills Solid working knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and evidence-based treatment options Understanding of therapeutic exercises, stretches, and other non-pharmacological approaches to pain and function Ability to assess patient conditions using clinical findings and diagnostic information Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KPIs are tracked on a regular report and reviewed monthly, quarterly, and annually KPIs may be updated at management's discretion as the clinic and organization grow Working Conditions Professional medical office environment within the Venice clinic Routine use of standard office and clinical equipment (computers, phones, EMR, copier, scanners, etc.) Physical Demands Active, hands-on clinical role that may include assisting with patient positioning Ability to occasionally support or stabilize patients as they move on/off tables Vision adequate to review printed charts, computer screens, and imaging Hearing adequate for in-person and phone communication Clear, professional verbal communication required in person and over the phone Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with the following schedule:
Wednesday:
8:00 a.m.•7:00 p.m.
Thursday:
8:00 a.m.•7:00 p.m.
Friday:
8:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m.
Saturday:
