We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our growing Sarasota team. Competitive salary with growth opportunities Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Established, physician-integrated, multi-location practice Mentorship and hands-on training for motivated new graduates Collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes Diverse treatment approaches including active rehabilitation, physiotherapy modalities, Kinesio taping, and multiple adjusting techniques Opportunity for leadership and professional growth What You'll Do Perform consultations, examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-volume chiropractic care utilizing diversified, drop table, activator, and related adjusting techniques Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care recommendations Perform timely progress evaluations and reassessments Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation Collaborate closely with orthopedic, pain management, and rehabilitation providers to ensure continuity of care Support daily clinic operations and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture Help create an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic degree required Florida Chiropractic license in good standing (or license eligible) New graduates are encouraged to apply Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care Leadership qualities with the ability to positively influence staff and culture Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with
